My husband (George Smock) and I have a riding clinic in Lexington at Masterson Station Park every other year. We have always used your service. Every time I have called your office your employees have always been helpful in making sure that we had the correct amount of units to cover the event. Additionally, everyone from your company has always been polite and professional. This year you sent Ronnie Rodriquez and he was right on time and put them right where we wanted them. Two days late you sent Jim Guilliam to service the units and he did a good, quick job of restoring them to cleanliness and left a sufficient amount of toilet paper (this does not always happen with other companies). Our service provider was Wesley Larison and we appreciate everything he and A1 has provided over the years! The only reason we had to discontinue the service was simply due to no longer needing a unit for our group training. Wonderful people and a wonderful company!! Highly recommend!!read more

UPDATE: They made the below situation right —PERFECTLY... I spoke to Eric. There was confusion with the name of my business and another company. I also didn’t have the delivery fee the first time. THESE FOLKS fixed the issue! Things happen. They made it right (mutual misunderstandings- all cleared!) Thanks! They were good the first time, fees were clear. I called them for a quick rental. I was told 85$ for a months rental by a lady there. (I should have got it in writing.) I had concrete being poured, they said they would be there EARLY. They showed up at 1, after the job was done. And no one needed the portapotty Unhappy with the service I called and a woman with no authority said Steve S would call me back. I never heard from him. I said I don’t want it anymore and to take it and get with me on the bill. I just opened a bill for $190 after the ran my card on file. $85 for the rental, $125 delivery fee. I had the porta potty from 06/04/19 to 06/18/19. 14 days for $190.....might wanna shop around. NOTE: I have a message in to them. If they make this right I’ll be happy to update this with how they fixed the issue.read more

We have a tough site to service and traffic can be tough on the University of Kentucky campus as well as students walking every where. I have gotten to know Hector our service man and he goes out of his way to see our needs are met every week.
